Andrew joined the Stratford Health Department in October 2007 after earning his Bachelor's degree in Public Health in 2005 from Southern Connecticut State University.  Andrew also attended the State Environmental Health Training Program and has completed certifications for Certified Food Inspector, Phase I Subsurface Sewage Disposal, Lead Inspector, and Lead Risk Assessor.  In July 2009, Andrew became a Registered Sanitarian.
