Maureen Whelan has a Bachelor's degree in Public Health from Southern Connecticut State University. She received her certification as a Food Inspector, Phase I & II Subsurface Sewage, and Lead Inspector/Risk Assessor from the State of CT. She has been with the Department since 1995.
