Immunization Clinic for Children

The Public Health Nursing Division holds monthly immunization clinics for Stratford children. Clinics are held the 3rd Wednesday of the month from 2pm to 4pm.   2010 Childrens Immunization schedule. Call 385-4058 for more information. Cost is flat $15.00 per child, even for multiple vaccines. For other fees, see Clinical Services Fee Schedule 2009. Parent/guardian must be with child at clinic.
