| Monitoring the Community’s Health
Monitoring the health of the community is our job. To do this, we routinely collect information about the health of Stratford's residents through a town-wide adult health assessment. The information helps us in many ways, including: Allows us to identify common adult health problems. Helps us develop programs and services to address the leading community health concerns. Lets us know how we are doing over a period of time.
The assessment is done through random telephone surveys. Residents are interviewed using the same questions. Their responses are then combined to allow us to identify common concerns. A town wide adult health assessment was completed in 1998, 2001 & 2006. Below you can download a four-page summaries of past and current adult health assessment. A full report is also available.
