Adult Athletics
All program registrations take place at the Recreation Office at Short Beach Park unless noted in the description. All Programs Subject To Change. Non residents may take particular classes at an additional $5 fee or $10 fee for leagues.

Golf Lessons Activity 222450-Section 41
Lessons will be offered on Wednesdays from 6:00-7:00 pm for five weeks at Short Beach. Next session will begin March 24. Registration is March 1 - 19 and the fee is $35.
Adult Tennis Lessons 422360 Section 41, 42, 12, 13, 14
Adult lessons will be on Tuesdays June 22 – July 13 at the Flood Tennis Courts. They will meet from 6:00-7:00pm for beginner / advanced beginner and 7:00-8:00 pm Low Intermediate / Intermediate. Fee is $75 for four weeks. Registration is April 1 – June 21. Must have four registered for each class to be held. Session II is July 27 – August 17. Registration for these sessions will be July 1 - 26.
The Doubles League plays on Tuesday nights or on Thursday nights at Flood Courts from 6:00-8:00pm. There are two separate sessions. Fee for each is $40 plus a can of tennis balls. The first session is May 11-June 15, and the second session is July 6-August 10. Registration is two weeks prior to the start of class.
Coed Volleyball League Activity 322201-Section 01
The league will play at Flood Middle School and Birdseye Complex on Monday evenings beginning in October. The league meeting of all team captains and interested individuals will be held on Monday, September 21 at 7:00 pm at the Baldwin Center.
Coed Beach Volleyball League
The Department will offer a coed beach volleyball league at Short Beach from June-August. There will be an organizational meeting at the Baldwin Center on Wednesday April 7 at 7:00 pm. Practice begins at the courts in June. League and results will be listed on quickscores.com/stratford after June 1.

The league meeting of team representatives and individuals will be at the Baldwin Center on Monday, March 29 at 7:00pm. The league plays on Sunday afternoons at 5:00pm.
Women's Volleyball League Activity 322200-Section 01
The league will play at Flood School on Tuesday evenings in October. The league meeting of all team captains and interested individuals will be held on Tuesday, September 22 at 7:00pm at the Baldwin Center.
Ladies Beach Volleyball League
The Department will offer a ladies beach volleyball league at Short Beach from June-August. There will be an organizational meeting at the Baldwin Center on Tuesday April 6 at 7:00 pm.
Ladies Softball League
Congratulations to Lady’s Knight ~ the 2009 Champions!
The league plays on Thursday nights at Short Beach. The league team meeting will be March 25 at 7:00pm at the Baldwin Center. League schedule and results will be listed on quickscores.com/stratford after May 30.
Men's Volleyball League
The league will play at Stratford High School on Wednesday evenings in October. The league meeting of all team captains and interested individuals will be held on TBA at 7:00 p.m. at the Baldwin Center.
Men's Beach Volleyball League
The Department will offer a men's beach volleyball league at Short Beach from June-August. There will be an organizational meeting at the Baldwin Center on Monday April 5 at 7:00 pm.

Men's Basketball League Activity 322600-Section 01
NEW Fall League at Birdseye Complex will begin with a league meeting on TBA at 7:00pm at Birdseye Complex. League play will be indoor and outdoor on the new basketball court at Birdseye on Tuesday evenings beginning TBA.
The men's winter indoor league will be on Thursday nights at Flood Middle School gym. The league meeting will be on December 3 at 6:00 pm at the Baldwin Center.
Adult Men’s Open Gym
Open gym will be held at the Birdseye Complex Gym from 7:30–9:00pm on Tuesdays beginning January 5 through June 1. Open Gyms are for basketball and volleyball. Open Gym is also at Wooster on Wednesday and Thursdays from 7:30-9:00 pm beginning January 6. Gym will be closed during school vacation.
