The Stratford Health Department's Nursing Division offers child immunizations throughout the year. We also offer tuberculosis skin testing. Both are by appointment only. To make an appointment, please call (203) 385-4090.

To schedule an appointment, call the Stratford Health Department at 203-385-4090. Bring your child's immunization records with you to the appointment. Patients and legal guardians can access official immunization records for themselves and their children through the CT Department of Public Health: https://ctwizpublicportal.dph.ct.gov/

Immunizations offered to children include:

• Tetanus-Pertussis-Diphtheria (Tdap)

• Varicella

• Meningitis

• Influenza

• Hepatitis A

• Hepatitis B

• Measles-Mumps-Rubella (MMR)

• Polio

Immunizations offered to adults include: 

• Influenza

• Measles-Mumps-Rubella (MMR) - For college entry only

Tuberculosis (TB) Skin Testing (TST) is also offered by appointment. The TB testing fee is $20.
