Identifies goals, strategies & actions to achieve the vision 

A comprehensive document that covers a variety of topics such as Housing, Economic Development, Land Use and Zoning, Resiliency and Waterfront Redevelopment, and Conservation and Open Space

Required by state statute 8-23

Lays the groundwork for projects such as SAEP and center school redevelopment, greenways, complete streets, parks and playground improvements, etc.

Promotes housing choices and resiliency initiatives

Helps advance community grand list
