March 12, 2024: The Town of Stratford is now offering the option to sign up for Fraud Alert Notifications.

This new tool, provided by IQS, is an easy way for homeowners to have peace of mind. By signing up for alerts, property owners are able to protect one of their most valuable assets (their property).
With Fraud Alert, residents can sign up to receive notifications whenever a document (for example, a mortgage) is recorded under your name.
