The process for filing Trade Name Certificates, as well as the forms themselves, have been updated by the Business Services Division of the Secretary of the State of Connecticut. Below are the new forms and associated instructions. The new filing fee is $20, plus an additional $5 if our office notarizes the form. We accept cash or check only.
