2025 Bulk Waste Pick Up Program:

BY APPOINTMENT ONLY APRIL 7th 2025 – SEPTEMBER 18th 2025

Residents MUST MAKE AN APPOINTMENT to have their bulk items picked up prior to placing those items curbside.

Appointments can be made starting March 17th 2025 by calling Stratford Department of Public Works at 203-385-4080 from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm Monday through Friday.

Each household is allowed one appointment per year for the collection period of April 7th 2025 to September 18th 2025

NOTE: Yard waste collection resumed April 7th, and follows your recycling schedule. Grass, leaves and shrubbery clippings must be contained in brown yard waste bags or loosely in 32-gallon cans. Branches no larger than one inch in diameter and 4 feet in length will be collected if tied in bundles. .
